RETRO CLAIMS MANAGEMENT FOR WASHINGTON EMPLOYERS
First, we want you to know we're on your side when it comes to dealing with Washington State Department of Labor & Industries. If you are enrolled in our Workers’ Compensation program, we’ll help you navigate through Washington workers’ compensation laws, provide workers’ compensation tips and be your advocate throughout the claims process.
YOUR OWN CLAIMS MANAGER
As a Vigilant retro participant, you'll have your own claims manager who has years of experience in workers' comp. Because they'll be dedicated to your company, they'll get to know it well and be your advocate with L&I. We’ll provide you with workers’ comp claims advice and help you resolve claim disputes all in an effort to lower your experience modification factor, and ultimately your annual L&I premiums. And don’t forget that as a retro participant, you’ll have the opportuntity to earn retro refunds if your claim losses are less than the premiums you pay L&I. In fact, since our program's inception, we've helped our members reclaim over $111 million in refunds alone, not counting the profits from lowered experience modification factors and increased productivity.
MORE SAFETY, MORE SAVINGS
The first step to lowering your workers’ comp costs is injury prevention. As a member of our Retro program you’ll have unlimited access to a safety professional who can help you identify and correct hazards, provide workplace safety policy review and development, create customized safety management plans, recommend safety training options and much more.
