EXPERIENCE
Trish heads the Washington region's Retrospective Rating Program. She is experienced in all aspects of the claims management process and enjoys strategizing with members on specific ways to reduce their claims-related losses.
Trish started with Vigilant in 1996 as the file clerk for the claims department. Since that time, she has also worked as a Claims Manager and is now the Workers' Comp Program Manager. Trish monitors the performance of the Retro group and helps her team of Claims Managers increase corporate awareness of the hidden costs of workers' compensation claims. Trish is passionate about all aspects of workers comp. She currently sits on L&I's Retro Advisory Committee and has testified in front of a state legislative committee regarding proposed changes to the Retro Program. Trish hopes to one day be a part of sweeping reform in the workers comp system in Washington, but until then, she will continue to influence the system wherever she can.
