EXPERIENCE
Working as an advocate for Vigilant's Workers' Comp Retro members, Nancy's Rolodex is full of some of Labor & Industries' power players and her car has logged plenty of miles between Everett and Olympia.
As the Washington Regional Director, Nancy draws on broad experience in Human Resources (at Nordstrom, where she also learned the art of great customer service), mill ownership, risk management, and the practical realities of workers' comp. In addition to managing the Washington office, she serves on the Workers' Comp Advisory Committee, which advises the Director of L&I on workers' comp matters, and the Retrospective Rating Proviso Study Group, which acts as a liaison between L&I and the state legislature. No matter how heated the political discussions get, Nancy is always able to cut to the chase and focus on what's best for employers in Washington.
