EXPERIENCE
Kailah Cone manages the compliance and administration of our Employee Benefits department, which offers employee benefits coverage to manufacturers and those in wood products and associated industries. Keeping up with the changing landscape in employee benefits and ensuring that our plan offerings are administered appropriately keeps Kailah plenty busy.
Before joining Vigilant in 2000, Kailah was an account manager with a national employee benefits consulting firm; before that, Kailah worked in various human resources roles. The result is a whiz-bang EB manager who understands employers' confusion about EB (the technical jargon, the ever-changing rules, and all that paperwork!) and works to ensure efficient administration of our plan offerings.
