EXPERIENCE
Kristine Bingman (we like to call her "The COBRA Queen") has been serving members and solving employment and benefits mysteries since 2002. Kristine has been with Vigilant her entire professional career, and she has used that time to further her professional development by pursuing certification as a benefits specialist.
Kristine is Vigilant's employee benefit plans compliance specialist, advising Vigilant employers on all aspects of health and welfare benefit plans. Combine this with her broad knowledge of employment law (including state and federal laws on family and medical leave, disabilities, civil rights, and wage and hour), and she's a force to be reckoned with.
