We often hear about frontline leaders who have been promoted into a supervisory position because they are great production workers, yet they may have been given little to no preparation on how to be successful in their new role. Our offerings for frontline leaders help prepare those currently in a supervisory role or those you'd like to promote in the future.

TWO WAYS TO TRAIN YOUR FRONTLINE LEADERS

You can choose from:
  • Instructor-led, in-person courses
  • Training Within Industry

Instructor-Led

We have over 50 topics to choose from among our instructor-led courses in the areas of safety, employee relations, business skills, leadership, and communication. You can have any of these classes delivered in-house at your company location or you can attend an open session in your area. Click here to view our Training Catalog.

We also have packaged courses that provide frontline leaders with certification in supervision and leadership. Classes are delivered at your site for a flat per person rate and customized to your company's needs.

Here are four series options:
  • Fundamentals of Leadership Certificate Series
  • A five-month, 10-class series for supervisors and team leaders covering topics like: interpersonal communication skills, preventing discrimination and harassment, proactive supervision and effective discipline, and more.

  • Advanced Leadership Certificate Series
  • A six-month, 12-class series for managers, supervisors and team leaders covering topics like: how to build a safety leadership culture, dealing with different personalities, hiring and retaining the best employees, effective time management and delegation, and more.

  • Professional Supervisor Certificate Series
  • A twelve-month, 24-class series for managers, supervisors and team leaders covering topics like: communication skills, leadership skills, legal issues in the workplace, proactive supervision and effective discipline, managing conflict, effective time management and delegation strategies, and more.
