We have partnered with the internationally recognized firm, Lee Hecht Harrison, to provide you with Leadership Coaching Services at preferred terms for Vigilant members. LHH coaches have at least ten years of corporate experience as senior leaders and five years of business-oriented leadership coaching. Over 60 percent hold a master's degree or higher. LHH coaches have expertise in a broad range of strategic human capital initiatives and a track record of working with middle and senior level executives.

How Coaching Works
Right away, Lee Hecht Harrison will focus in on your needs and recommend a coach that matches your desired outcome. You'll have an opportunity to meet your coach in-person to ensure a good match.
Once you've selected a coach you can then discuss if an engagement by phone or in-person is preferred. Meetings with your coach will occur regularly where you'll discuss personal development and growth opportunities with your coach and then complete assignments to help you reach your goals.
Coaching Engagements
Depending on your desired outcomes, coaching engagements can be as short as a couple of weeks or last as long as six months. You and your coach will work together to determine the appropriate length of time and the setting. Coaching engagements can also be constructed in progressive phases.
